Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat for all UPS-related issues (tracking packages, resolving issues, etc.)
Provide exceptional customer support by resolving product or service issues promptly
Work closely with other departments to provide seamless service and feedback
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Document and update customer interactions and account information accurately

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Empathy and a passion for helping customers
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems
Helpscout and Google Office suites are a plus
