What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision‑making
Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to surface trends, support leadership decisions, and improve care delivery outcomes
Evaluate and validate the quality of healthcare data used in AI training contexts, ensuring analytical outputs are trustworthy and defensible
Collaborate across teams to translate complex clinical data into structured insights accessible to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Who You Are
Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management in regulated environments
Proven ability to design, manage, and scale BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets typical of healthcare organizations
Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between raw data and real‑world decisions
Self‑directed and reliable when working independently in a remote, async environment
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
Familiarity with AI training workflows or large language model development
Background working alongside AI research teams or in health informatics
Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms
