We're seeking a detail-oriented Final Inspection Technician to ensure our products meet the highest standards of excellence during the critical third-shift hours. Become a vital part of a dedicated team that values craftsmanship, accuracy, and safety! What You'll Do:
- Conduct visual inspections of finished roller elements, pinions, and axles to ensure flawless quality.
- Load parts onto inspection tables using barrel dumpers or by hand, carefully examining each component.
- Move bearings to and from workstations, assist with packing, and follow detailed instructions for handling each barrel of parts.
- Support packaging activities and operate forklifts to move boxes onto shelving safely.
- Complete related paperwork accurately to maintain quality records.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent visual acuity.
- Ability to operate inspection equipment and use precision measuring gauges.
- Basic computer data entry skills.
- Physical capability to stand, bend, stoop, lift up to 35 lbs., and push up to 600 lbs.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with forklift operation and packaging equipment is a plus.
