Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities: - System Thinking & Architecture: Design, develop, and support major features and subsystems, ensuring they adhere to principles of high performance, scalability, and security.
- DevOps and ProdOps Optimization: Continuously improve automation of builds, testing, deployment, and monitoring to maintain a "harmonious" development cycle.
- Code and Documentation Quality: Lead by example with clean, efficient code and clear documentation for systems, processes, and peer reviews.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Debug complex software issues and provide timely, high-quality solutions, often coordinating across multiple engineering teams.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Train junior team members and act as a technical beacon for the organization.
- Technological Advancement: Stay current with emerging technologies, integrating them into the platform to enhance productivity
