We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need. This is a remote position, which means you can work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
Assess the needs of individuals and families and develop a plan of care
Provide counseling and emotional support to clients
Connect clients with community resources and services
Advocate for clients and their families
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work
Valid Social Work license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience working with diverse populations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Experience with telehealth technology
Experience working with individuals and families in crisis
