Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic imaging and mammography including breast biopsies.
- Read and interpret radiology studies across various modalities.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure seamless operation and patient care.
- Communicate findings to referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Utilize the Cerner EMR system for documentation and reporting.
- Participate in orientation and training as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology - preference for those planning to obtain certification.
- Active State License in California.
- Ability to perform diagnostic mammograms and breast biopsies.
- BLS/ACLS and DEA certification required during credentialing.
- Clean malpractice history highly preferred.
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation.
License and Certification Requirements:
- California State Medical License (required).
- BLS and ACLS certification (required).
- DEA certification (required).
