Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator II to support end-to-end talent acquisition operations. This role plays a critical part in keeping the hiring process running smoothly by coordinating interviews, managing requisitions, supporting onboarding activities, and partnering closely with Recruiters and HR stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is comfortable supporting high-volume hiring efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple roles and stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Create, route, and track job requisitions to support timely approvals and proper workflow management
- Serve as a backup to Recruiters by processing and administering hiring documentation as needed
- Initiate background checks, monitor results, and follow up to support timely onboarding
- Maintain accurate and compliant applicant records in accordance with company policies and employment regulations
- Partner closely with Recruiters to support talent acquisition initiatives across the organization
- Provide ad hoc reporting and support for special projects requested by Recruiters or HR leadership
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy and compliance
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Recruiters and HR teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HR tools preferred
