Schedule appointments and meetings for staff, clients, and other stakeholders using online scheduling tools and video conferencing software
Maintain and update digital calendars and scheduling systems
Confirm appointments and meetings with attendees via email or phone
Send out appointment reminders
Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed
Manage scheduling conflicts and find alternative time slots
Keep track of employee availability and time off requests
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and materials electronically
Answer emails and phone calls related to scheduling
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a remote scheduling role
Knowledge of scheduling software
Hours:
Flexible hours, typically Monday-Friday during business hours
