To support a growing pediatric practice, the full-time State Licensed Medication Support Supervisor will oversee medication-related services, manage the Medication Support Navigator team, and collaborate with clinical pharmacists and care teams to enhance patient outcomes in a remote setting with potential quarterly travel.
Key responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate medication-related services and ensure operational excellence for the Medication Support Navigator team
Manage team performance, including scheduling, onboarding, and competency assessments, while facilitating process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot medication access barriers and maintain patient medication therapy records
Required qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Current accredited pharmacy technician certification (e.g., PTCB) and registration with applicable state board(s) of pharmacy
5+ years of experience as a certified pharmacy technician, preferably in a call center or ambulatory clinic setting
3+ years of experience in people leadership, with a preference for experience in a virtual environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and electronic health record systems; bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred
