Volpe Enterprises is a full service/design build, complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. We are looking to add a skilled Exterior Installation Manager to join our team in North Wales PA.

We are a growing company and are interested in individuals who are looking for career growth within our organization. Exterior Installation Manager Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee co-occurring exterior construction projects, simultaneously, to ensure proper installation and safe practices
- Ensures regulatory compliance on all caseload projects
- Diagnose warranty issues for exterior construction projects and develop project solution plans for clients, sales teams, and construction crews
- Collaborate with Production Managers to organize crew schedules and confirm equipment and material supplies necessary to complete projects on time
- Maintain effective, consistent communication with homeowners during all phases of construction projects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize project management software to track quality control workflows, checklists, and other accountability tools
- Manage all addendums, vendor and trade partners collaboration, and construction material orders
- Attendance & involvement in regular meetings with Management, Field Staff, and Company-Wide training sessions
Exterior Installation Manager Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to problem solve and ensure effective onsite solutions
- Willingness to provide ongoing training to crew members
- Must present with a working knowledge of all aspects of residential construction
- Exemplary Leadership and customer relations skills
Exterior Installation Manager Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential remodeling/building
- Employment is contingent upon completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 80 pounds, independently
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
