Adecco is hiring immediately for Entry-Level Sanitation Associates with a top local client in a rapidly growing manufacturing facility in Goodyear, AZ. This role is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, tools, and facility areas in accordance with food safety and regulatory standards!
Starting Pay: $17.75/hr + Overtime Opportunities!

What You'll Do:
- Clean and sanitize all food production equipment, kitting and packing equipment/surfaces, cooking equipment, and machinery
- Maintain cleanliness throughout work areas to ensure a safe work environment
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including safety, GMP, SQF, PPE, and hygiene policies
- Report food safety or sanitation issues immediately to a supervisor
- Communicate as needed with Quality, Production, and other departments to resolve sanitation or food safety concerns
- Responsible for the safe use and handling of all chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- No previous experience required – training provided
- Must be able to understand and communicate in English, verbally and written
- Comfortable working in cold temperatures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
