Position: 2nd Shift Nurse Supervisor (3:00pm–11:00pm)

Requirements
- Graduate of a nursing program accredited by the State
- Current South Carolina LPN License
- Prior experience in an Assisted Living Facility or supervisory role preferred
Responsibilities Include
- Provide nursing oversight and direct resident care in accordance with ALF/SCALF regulations
- Administer medications and monitor resident health status within the assisted living scope of practice
- Supervise medication techs/nursing assistants during the 2nd shift
- Coordinate staffing and adjust schedules as needed due to call-ins or coverage needs
- Ensure compliance with South Carolina ALF/SCALF licensure requirements and policies
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and management
- Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life
- Serve as the on-site nursing leader for the 3:00pm–11:00pm shift
