Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mill Creek, OK. The Equipment Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment used in quarry. Daily tasks include developing maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, diagnosing mechanical issues, coordinating repairs, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining detailed maintenance records. This role requires collaboration with operational teams to minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in quarry, mining, or construction equipment maintenance is highly advantageous
- Experience with quarry or heavy equipment maintenance
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to identify and order parts (bearings, idlers, screens, pulleys)
- Welding experience (stick, MIG, oxy/acetylene preferred)
- Previous supervisory or lead experience
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs
- Strong focus on safety (MSHA standards)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Good communication and team leadership skills
- Experience in quarry, mining, or construction equipment preferred
