Nursery Laborer Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 15.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift
- Prepare and process plant cuttings while assisting with daily nursery operations.
- Pull, organize, label, and stage plant orders accurately for customers.
- Water, inspect, and care for plants to maintain quality and health standards.
- Load, unload, and move trays, carts, and racks throughout the nursery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while meeting daily production goals.
Nursery Laborer Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform frequent bending, walking, and standing throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- No prior nursery experience or high school diploma required; training is provided.
