We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional infrastructure programs supporting large-scale AI cloud and data center operations. This role will work closely with engineering, operations, and customer teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and reliable infrastructure solutions.
Reporting to the Site & Construction Manager, you will oversee infrastructure initiatives spanning server hardware, networking, facility systems, and customer delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with exceptional program management and stakeholder coordination skills.
What You'll Do
Program Leadership
- Drive end-to-end execution of infrastructure and data center programs
- Manage scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation across multiple teams
- Coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced operational environments
Technical Coordination
- Translate infrastructure engineering requirements into actionable execution plans
- Partner with engineering and operations teams across server hardware, networking, cabling, power, and cooling systems
- Support infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and operational scaling initiatives
Operational & Customer Oversight
- Collaborate with data center operations teams to ensure performance, uptime, and reliability standards are met
- Interface directly with cloud customers to understand infrastructure needs and communicate project status
- Monitor availability and proactively identify operational risks and issues
Continuous Improvement
- Improve operational efficiency, scalability, and infrastructure reliability
- Define KPIs, program success metrics, and reporting frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Contribute to process improvements and infrastructure automation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, infrastructure operations, or data center environments
- Strong understanding of server hardware, networking, and data center systems including power, cooling, and cabling
- Experience with infrastructure automation, cloud architectures, and internal developer platforms
- Ability to read and write code for technical validation, demos, or documentation
- Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and modern project management methodologies
- Strong skills in risk management, dependency tracking, and milestone-based execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HPC, hyperscale, or Tier III+ data center environments
- PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and availability management tools
- Experience managing hardware suppliers and coordinating with internal and external partners
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
