ERSG is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Engineer to support wind farm construction sites across the U.S. This role is
100% travel-based
and plays a critical part in ensuring smooth site operations, adherence to project schedules, and quality control.

Job type:
W-2 Contract; long-term
Rotation : Monthly with up to $500 expense reimbursement
Responsibilities :
Monitor project schedule and document any changes.
Assist with budgeting and cost management.
Ensure site data is updated.
Reports directly to the Construction Manager on site.
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a Field Engineer/ Project Lead/ APM.
Technical background and familiarity with electrical instrumentation, substations or rotating heavy equipment.
Previous experience with project budgeting and scheduling.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Primavera or Procore, SAP.
Experience in large utility-scale construction projects.
Renewable Energy background is preferred but not required.
Compensation
$35 hourly + OT (1.5 rate)
Truck and fuel card provided
