LHH is partnering with a small organization that is searching for a temporary to hire Accounting Assistant. The main responsibilities of this individual will be to monitor employee expenses, reconcile transactions, and update reports. The manager is looking for someone who has at least two years of professional work experience, someone who has high attention to detail, and someone who can work through different software platforms quickly. You will be managing a few reports in Microsoft Excel, so you need to be strong with Excel. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and a quick interview process.
Responsibilities:

Review and approve employee expenses
Reconcile accounting reports and troubleshoot variances
Coordinate and manage any inquiries with internal customers
Data entry of accounts payable invoices
Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

At least two years of previous accounting experience
High attention to detail
Ability to navigate between different software systems
Strong data entry and typing skills
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
