Our client is a medical spa company founded in 1972 in Lithuania, renowned for its long tradition of Medical SPA treatments and its natural therapeutic factors: mineral water, healing mud, and climate combined with modern technologies and innovative medical equipment. They are the largest sanatorium in Eastern Europe and have around 900 employees. They operate in two Lithuanian resorts – Birštonas and Druskininkai – as well as in Vilnius, where a Day Centre opened in 2023. They offer various services across locations, including sauna complexes, swimming pools, restaurants, cafes, conference rooms, gyms, outdoor wellness facilities, a library, garden, playground, and sports facilities.
They are seeking a dedicated and driven Business Development Manager to help expand their reach in the German market. This role will manage communications with new agencies, health insurance companies, and corporate clients in Germany. The ideal candidate is a proactive salesperson, a hunter with a hands-on mentality, who has a passion for sales and the medical tourism industry.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B sales channels and execute the sales budget
Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients
Direct sales to corporate clients
Organize and control the sales processes
Resolve problems and manage conflicts
Represent the company at events and business missions
Collaborate closely with other departments of the sanatorium
Requirements
Experience in active sales (minimum 2 years)
Experience in hospitality, medical tourism, or the health insurance industry is a plus
Personal vehicle to use for work
Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
