- Assemble products or components according to work instructions and production needs
- Follow daily production schedules and meet output expectations
- Perform repetitive hand assembly tasks using small parts
- Ensure accuracy and quality in assembled products
- Use required PPE (e.g., safety glasses) and follow all safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with supervisors or team members about production or quality issues
- Support team production goals and adapt to changing work assignments
What You Need to Bring to the Switch Assembler Role:
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn on the job
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail when working with small parts
- Ability to follow instructions and production procedures
- Good reliability and attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods (up to full shift)
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally and perform light material handling tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
