Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to become full-time members of our team. If you have previous cherry picker/order picker production experience and want to grow with a company, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate cherry pickers and forklifts to pick, stage, and load outbound shipments
- Handle products such as paddle boards, clothing, water cups, BOTE brand items, and incoming Arbor products
- Stack boxes and pallets securely for transportation
- Move and organize wooden pallets and outgoing inventory
- Accurately track and record product movement using RF scanning equipment
- Report any inventory discrepancies or quality concerns
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including packaging and preparing shipments
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment
- Strictly adhere to all company safety practices and policies
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience operating cherry pickers and forklifts in a warehouse setting
- Valid forklift operator certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift and move items repetitively; strong physical stamina
- Exceptional attention to detail and good coordination
- Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Motivation to be hired full-time by our customer
