We are building a high-performance Inside Sales team in Bethesda and are looking for motivated individuals who want to develop real closing skills, own their pipeline, and earn based on results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the full sales cycle from cold call to close
Make 50–65 outbound calls daily to dental practices
Connect with doctors and office managers
Send product samples to qualified prospects
Follow up consistently to convert interest into orders
Manage pipeline and activity in HubSpot

1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience
Strong communication and confidence on the phone
