Environmental Services Manager
We are currently seeking an Environmental Services Manager to:
- Lead day-to-day operations by supervising staff and ensuring clean, safe, and compliant environments across assigned areas
- Drive quality and performance through staff development, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization while supporting budget and supply management
- Ensure regulatory compliance and elevate customer satisfaction through audits, performance monitoring, and cross-department collaboration
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Required
Work Experience:
- 3 years of related experience required
- 2 years Supervisory experience required
