Title: Recruiter

Pay Range: $45 - $53
Job Summary:
We are hiring a full-time recruiter on a one-year contract to support high-volume hiring initiatives and build a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles. This role requires a proactive sourcing approach, strong candidate engagement, and close partnership with hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume requisition load of approximately 25 open roles at any given time
- Proactively source, engage, and qualify candidates across multiple business functions
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive efficient hiring processes
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Track and manage recruiting activity, ensuring timely updates and effective communication
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including Boolean search and passive candidate outreach
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment
