We're looking for an experienced Press Lead who takes pride in quality, leadership, and continuous improvement.
Experience that includes cold foil, hot stamp dies, rotary screens, and/or tactile varnishes and you the ability to deliver consistent quality throughput, your overall compensation would reflect those experiences.
Shift
- Wednesday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 5:15 AM
- 36.75 hours/week.
- Shift differential paid in addition to hourly wage.
- Overtime opportunities available.
What You'll Do
- Lead press operations to meet quality, safety, and production goals.
- Troubleshoot and support press performance mechanically and operationally.
- Collaborate with production teams to deliver top-quality products.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and ISO quality standards.
- Help drive a positive, team-oriented culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of flexographic printing experience required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lead, communicate, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
