Junior AP Vendor Relations Coordinator Location: Marlborough, MA Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid Contract Details

- Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; weekly hours 33.25 hrs to accommodate the summer schedule

Key Responsibilities
- Assists merchandise vendors with payment inquiries and issues
- Ensures timely verbal and written communication with vendors
- Researches payment issues and takes proper action to resolve these issues
- Tracks vendors' call history accurately in the Call Tracking System
