We're seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team at in Milwaukee, WI. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and automated systems. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll directly support production efficiency, equipment reliability, and overall plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, and automated systems throughout the facility
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues on production equipment
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability
Partner closely with production teams to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency
Respond quickly and effectively to technical issues to keep production on track

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 5-day work week (weekends off!)
Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Friday: 12 PM – 4 PM
Regular voluntary overtime available

Requirements Behavioral Requirements - Personal Skills and Competencies:

Strong mechanical and manufacturing experience
Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended amount of time
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to follow all safety guidelines for all, hand tools, power tools, processing, packaging, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment.
Ability to read and understand mechanical schematics
Ability to be proficient using CMMS system
Ability to work successfully with all maintenance, and operations personnel.
Ability to use a variety of hand tools and equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and components
