We're a busy, well-established dealership service center with a reputation for doing things the right way, and we're ready to add a top-tier Shop Foreman to our team.
Ideal for a high-level technician ready to step into a leadership role.
What You'll Do:
- Lead daily shop operations, including dispatching work and keeping workflow moving
- Run quick, effective shop meetings to align the team on priorities
- Monitor technician productivity, attendance, and scheduling needs
- Perform quality control checks to ensure every job meets our standards
- Support hiring and onboarding of new technicians
- Train and mentor team members, helping them grow their skills and confidence
- Stay up to date on new technology and bring that knowledge back to the team
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in an automotive service environment
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple systems
- Proven ability to manage a team and keep a shop running efficiently
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background, MVR, drug test)
Preferred / Highly Valued:
- National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Technician certification or multiple active ASE certifications
- OEM certifications (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram)
- Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostic experience
- Hybrid / EV certification or hands-on experience
