Overview:
A large consumer health and packaged goods company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support National and Regional Medical Conferences and large internal events, including National Sales Meetings.
This role focuses on logistics coordination, administrative execution, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery of complex events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of national and regional conferences and events
- Assist with event logistics including AV, electrical, internet, and vendor coordination
- Maintain master timelines, trackers, logistics plans, and inventory records
- Place and track conference-related orders
- Assist with event briefs, timelines, updates, and internal communications
- Support post-event recaps and closeout activities
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, event management, or related field preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, meeting planning, or project support
- Experience coordinating trade shows or conference-style events
- Experience supporting events with 75+ attendees
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
