In this role, you will lead maintenance operations, develop teams, and drive equipment reliability initiatives in a fast-paced production environment. Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and support maintenance technicians while coordinating daily maintenance operations and long-term department goals
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs, equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and facility maintenance activities
- Partner with production and operations teams to minimize downtime and improve plant efficiency
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote and enforce plant safety programs, regulatory compliance, and maintenance best practices

Maintenance Manager Qualifications:
