Principal Human Resource Consultant – Remote
The Principal HR Consultant (PHRC) is responsible for serving as a strategic consultant/subject matter expert to Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants who face complex employee relations matters where expert knowledge and assistance is needed. They identify and assess situations for compliance and policy concerns and make recommendations for resolution.
Required Qualifications
8 years Experience in general human resources, or equivalent work experience, at exempt level, in multi-state/location, service line of business.
8 years Demonstrated experience in the area of Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence.
Demonstrates advanced experience in one of the following specialty areas: labor relations, ADAAA, Leaves of Absence, or mediation.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Upon hire: HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP).
5 years Project Management experience.
5 years Experience in the specialty areas of Drug Free Workplace, Compliance, Performance Management, ADA/LOA.
5 years Supervision of Human Resources staff or equivalent work experience.
Compensation
Pay Range: $50.19 - $79.23 (base pay). Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
