Overview
The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met. This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop a team and drive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production to meet schedule, quality, and efficiency goals
- Manage staffing, workflow, and resources in a high-volume setting
- Track performance metrics and implement improvements
- Lead, coach, and develop production employees
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Partner with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams
- Ensure product quality and resolve production issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Knowledge of production operations, safety, and metrics
- Experience with Lean/continuous improvement tools preferred

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs in an industrial environment
