Engineering Program Manager
The Engineering Program Manager will work with their engineering counterparts to define and design solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence. Their responsibilities span the life of the solution or service and include collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders, engaging with caregivers, working with engineering to define the solution or service, managing the release, establishing the solution/service's identity in the ecosystem, and connecting with and supporting the caregiver community. This role requires deep contact center knowledge and familiarity with leading contact center projects, strategy, and architecture. Expertise in Cisco/Webex strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 3 or more years of related contact center experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a Healthcare environment.
