The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Familiarity with operational metrics and service health, including SLOs, MTTR, CSAT, and KPIs
Knowledge of ITSM best practices and ITIL
Experience with root cause analysis and reporting
A working background with major ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira
Extensive knowledge Microsoft 365
Practical experience with Intune
A strong understanding of Azure cloud services
