Base pay range
$24.03/hr - $28.83/hr
Overview :
Oversee and manage full billing processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness for pediatric mental health services
Review and reconcile patient accounts for correct billing codes, payments, and adjustments
Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with families to establish individualized payment plans
Manage complex billing issues: denials, appeals, discrepancies using project management approaches
Serve as liaison between families, therapists, and internal teams (management, Patient Family Advisors, Eligibility Specialists, engineering) to resolve billing and insurance issues
Provide financial counseling and support for families navigating insurance complexities
Requirements :
Physician billing experience
Experience working remotely
Experience with commercial insurance companies
Schedule/Shift :
Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm EST
