Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Tinton Falls, NJ. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives, managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks. The role also includes acting as a liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
Qualifications
- Manage and maintain the executive's professional and personal calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and events
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up notes
- Contact new potential clients and maintain communication with existing clients to support relationship management and business development
- Handle personal administrative tasks and errands as needed
- Prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
