Customer Service Representative

Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping customers. This role offers career growth opportunities in areas such as Sales, Retention, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with service inquiries, scheduling, and account updates
- Process payments and resolve billing concerns
- Enter and maintain accurate customer records (PestPac)
- Schedule inspections and service appointments
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email
- Support sales team during high-volume periods
- Meet performance metrics and service goals
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems
Preferred:
- Customer service or inside sales experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
