Inpatient and outpatient surgery, GI endoscopy, Electrophysiology, OB, Pulmonary, Radiology, and surgical Oncology.We have 3 call groups: General, Pedi, and Cardiac. The general call frequency is 1:16 (in-house) call. Shift 2:30p - 0700a. Post-call day off always. We have a BU (beeper) call and weekend call that is 1:16 as well. Group size is 25+ physicians and 65+ CRNA's. 15% performing cases solo and 85% performing medical direction. No medical supervision. We pride ourselves with being fair with call, daily assignments, and production. No cherry-picking cases.
