Patient Care & Scope
Outpatient infectious disease consultations
Management of HIV/AIDS, hepatitis B & C, tuberculosis, and sexually transmitted infections
Care for complex and chronic infectious diseases
Post-hospital discharge follow-ups and continuity care
Opportunity to collaborate with primary care and specialty teams
Support & Technology
Dedicated clinical and administrative support staff

Candidate Requirements
MD/DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Infectious Disease
Active New York medical license (or in process)
DEA required
