Overview:
A growing outpatient oncology practice is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong oncology background to join a collaborative clinical team. This role focuses on managing oncology and infusion patients in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage outpatient oncology and infusion patients
• Perform patient assessments, follow-ups, and treatment coordination
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Provide patient education and supportive care guidance
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements NP:
• 2+ years of oncology experience
• ANCC or AANP certification
• AOCNP certification preferred/required
• Active DEA license
• Active Colorado license or eligibility
• APN & RXN prescriptive authority eligibility in Colorado
Requirements PA:
• NCCPA certification with PA-C credential
• Oncology experience required
• Active DEA license
• Active Colorado license or eligibility
