Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in packaging solutions, is seeking a Production Packer to join their team. As a Production Packer , you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Packer
Location: MILLVILLE, NJ
Pay Range: $18
Shift: 8AM - 8PM rotating days off
What's the Job?
- Operate multiple injection molding machines following written work instructions, visual management, and computer interface.
- Conduct quality inspections based on specific written and visual guidelines.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and ensure smooth production flow.
- Complete logs, data input, and perform hourly checks and downtime documentation accurately.
- Assemble gaylord boxes for storage and transportation of finished products.
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 12 hours and lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
