CNS Curative Technologies LLC is a Reno-based biotechnology and wellness company developing innovative intranasal compounds and brain-supportive products for neurodegenerative and brain-related conditions, including Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, cognitive decline, and brain wellness.
Our research platform combines drug screening, molecular biology, and preclinical testing to identify compounds that may support brain-protective signaling, reduce protein aggregation, and improve cognitive function in cell culture and animal models. Alongside our therapeutic development programs, we are commercializing intranasal brain supplements designed to support brain health and wellness.
We are building a dynamic sales associate program to expand product awareness, develop relationships with clinicians and wellness providers, support customers, assist with logistics, and collect customer satisfaction data.
Role Description
CNS Curative Technologies LLC is seeking up to two motivated Part-Time Sales Associates and Sales Agents to promote and sell our intranasal brain wellness products in the Greater Reno Area.
This on-site and field-based role involves outreach to clinicians, brain health and anti-aging providers, regenerative medicine practices, peptide and nootropic clinics, wellness centers, distributors, and individual customers. Sales team members will educate prospective customers, build business relationships, identify new opportunities, and help execute sales strategies that support revenue growth.
Selected candidates may also assist with logistics, customer follow-up, CRM tracking, customer satisfaction surveys, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote intranasal brain wellness products to clinics, providers, distributors, and individual clients.
- Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with clinicians, anti-aging providers, regenerative medicine clinics, peptide clinics, nootropic distributors, and wellness businesses.
- Communicate the company's mission, product value, and wellness-focused positioning.
- Support customer follow-up, order coordination, logistics, and relationship management.
- Track leads, sales activity, customer feedback, and follow-up communications.
- Help collect and analyze customer satisfaction data.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales messaging, outreach strategies, and training materials.
- Support development of a scalable sales associate program.
Compensation and Benefits
- Commission-based income: 25% of sales.
- Base retainer may be available for candidates assisting with logistics, customer service, CRM management, or data analytics.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to engage customers and close opportunities.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, biotechnology, supplements, medical products, or related fields.
- Ability to understand customer needs and communicate product value clearly.
- Comfortable reaching out to clinics, providers, distributors, and prospective customers.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage leads and follow-ups.
- Experience giving sales presentations or product pitches.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales software, spreadsheets, or customer tracking tools is preferred.
- Interest in biotechnology, neuroscience, brain health, regenerative medicine, peptides, nootropics, anti-aging medicine, or wellness products is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to help build a new sales program from the ground up.
