Job Title: Sr. Recruiter / Talent Sourcer
Location: Atlanta, GA or Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, referrals, and networking.
- Build talent pipelines for professional, technical, sales, and executive-level roles.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screenings.
- Present qualified candidates to recruiters with detailed notes and recommendations.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring priorities.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruiting and/or talent sourcing experience.
- Experience sourcing technology, sales, or professional-level talent.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience partnering with hiring managers.
- Knowledge of labor market trends and sourcing best practices.
- Experience sourcing executive-level candidates.
