Become a vital part of a hospital team in Mesquite, NV as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate CT equipment, position patients to capture appropriate images, and perform quality control procedures. You will apply radiation safety standards and provide cross-coverage within the Radiology Department as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration with CT registry required.
- Current Nevada X-ray license required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience required.
- Prior travel experience required. Locals will not be accepted.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program preferred.
- Experience performing quality control and radiologic diagnostic procedures preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0600–1830.
- Position is for a hospital-based Radiology department in Mesquite, NV.
- Must be willing to provide coverage in other Radiology areas as needed.
