Overview
LHH is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor. The Customer Service Supervisor oversees daily on-site customer service operations while leading and supporting a small CS team. This role ensures high-quality customer interactions across phone, email, and chat, maintains workflow efficiency, and partners cross-functionally to support timely order fulfillment. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and support a team of Customer Service Representatives
- Manage daily workflows across inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email
- Monitor schedule adherence, coverage, and service standards
- Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues
- Ensure timely order confirmations, delivery follow-ups, and accurate documentation
- Coordinate with Logistics, Production, Transportation, Sales, and Site Leadership
- Support onboarding, training, and process adherence within the CS team
QualificationsRequired
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Preferred
- Bilingual Spanish
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or order-based environments
