Workster is partnering with a rapidly growing e-mobility startup to recruit Operations Specialists for a refurbishment and logistics project based in Brooklyn, New York.
In this role, you will support the preparation and refurbishment of e-bikes, ensuring they are repaired, inspected, cleaned, and packaged to meet high-quality standards before reaching customers. You will work closely with the operational team and bike mechanics in a well-equipped center to optimize warehouse processes and contribute to the company's mission of delivering excellent e-bike products.
Your Role
- Prepare e-bikes for shipment, including inspection, fault finding, cleaning, and packaging
- Coordinate with transport partners to ensure timely delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with colleagues and bike mechanics to ensure high-quality refurbishment standards
- Take ownership of tasks and contribute ideas to optimize warehouse operations
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment
Your Qualifications
- Experience working in a warehouse or operational environment, handling complex packaging or assembly processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced setting
- Interest in continuous improvement of operational processes
- Basic knowledge of English for communication with team members
