Our client is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Organizational Services Coordinator to join their team in Rockville, MD. This individual will support daily office operations and work closely with internal departments to help ensure a high level of service and administrative efficiency.

Organizational Services Coordinator
Location: Rockville, MD
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Status: Non-Exempt
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support across multiple departments
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Receive, sort, scan, and electronically organize incoming correspondence and documentation
- Maintain accurate filing systems for both digital and physical records
- Assist with processing forms and reviewing documentation for completeness
- Follow up regarding missing or incomplete information as needed
- Update and maintain records within internal systems
- Process outgoing mail and shipments
- Support general office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating facility-related needs
- Welcome visitors and assist with front desk coverage as needed
- Handle incoming deliveries and distribute appropriately
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office support experience
- High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Dependable with strong follow-through and time management skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
