We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead core operational functions within a fast-paced insurance environment. This role oversees contracting operations, broker support, office administration, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, IT, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and support leadership in optimizing processes and scaling operations.
This position also includes team leadership responsibilities, KPI tracking, reporting, and coordination of training and broker engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (Associate degree accepted with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience) or 7+ years of equivalent professional experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations, office management, or administrative leadership roles
- Strong experience in cross-functional, multi-tasking operational environments, including coordination between departments, on-site teams, and KPI execution
- Proven experience supervising teams and managing cross-functional workflows
- Strong organizational, analytical, and process improvement skills
- Experience with vendor management, procurement, and reporting tools is a plus
- Willingness to work 100% on-site in the Orlando, FL area (please refrain from applying if not commutable)
