Job Description We have a client in the Tempe, AZ area who has an immediate long-term temp-hire opportunity for a Plant 3D Process Piping Designer. In this role, you will work as a Process Piping Designer using Plant 3D to do piping design projects for large water and wastewater treatment facilities, hi-tech/semiconductor plants.and more. This position is a TEMP-HIRE direct hire and can be worked remotely for qualified candidates who live in the Eastern or Central Time zones. Candidates must be located in the United States. Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in piping modeling and process piping design
- Must be proficient in Plant 3D and able to pass a CAD assessment
- Experience with NAVISWORKS, BIM 360 preferred
- Experience with small bore and large bore piping -- 1/4" to 84"
- Experience and proficiency with modeling and fabrication and construction drawings, isometrics and orthographics
- Must be able to work from contract records and P&IDs
- Experience with process piping for water and wastewater treatment facilities, bio/pharm, hi-tech/semiconductor facilities and more.
