Day-to-Day
Insight Global is looking to hire a Recruiter I / Recruiter II in multiple onsite U.S. locations. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and closing candidates. Recruiters will support a specific program or business group and build long-term relationships with hiring managers. The role involves heavy sourcing, direct daily interaction with senior stakeholders, and participation in onsite interview days and surge hiring efforts. Performance is measured primarily by hires, and recruiters are expected to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, delivery-focused environment. The compensation range for this role is approximately $85,000–$120,000 base salary, depending on level, plus bonus and equity.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
