NOW HIRING: MAINTENANCE MANAGER Lake Worth, FL 33467 Salary: $56,160 + Cell Phone Allowance Schedule: Monday - Friday WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs
- Light electrical work, lighting replacement & timer adjustments
- Preventative maintenance inspections & scheduling
- Pressure washing & aesthetic upkeep
- Light painting, stucco repair & masonry work
- Maintain tools, supplies & equipment inventory
- Conduct HOA property inspections
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Assist with clubhouse event setup/takedown
- Respond to maintenance concerns professionally and efficiently
- Be available for on-call emergencies when needed
PROPERTY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Buildings
- Sidewalks
- Parks & common areas
- Parking lot & walkway lighting
- Perimeter walls
- Mechanical equipment systems
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance experience REQUIRED
- HOA/Condo Association experience preferred
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Basic internet and computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
